Week of the Bluebells
Spring is a wonderful time in Hallerbos. At the end of April the wild bluebells are in bloom and they turn the forest completely blue.
Educational walks (in Dutch) for schools accompanied by a nature guide:

Primary School (9 years old) | In the Tawny owl’s footsteps | What characteristics does a place need to have, so that birds like living there? We also learn to recognise some birds from their song. |
Primary School (10 years old) | The living forest | What lives in the trees, between the trees and under the trees. |
Primary School (11 years old) | Looking for trails | Active trail tour. |
- All walks start in the morning at 9.15 and at 10.45. In the afternoon at 13.15.
- Depart and arrive at the forest museum (Parking 2).
- A walk takes 90 minutes and the fee is 25 euro (for a class)
