It is recommended to use <strong>Parking 1 Hogebermweg<\/strong> or <strong>Parking 11 Houtveld<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>On 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30 April and 1 May, there will be a <strong>free shuttle bus<\/strong> every half hour from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. between Halle Station and Parking 2 Bosmuseum in Hallerbos. In Halle there is also a stop at the Welkomstlaan (where there is a long parking strip).<\/li>\n<li>There is a <strong>bicycle rental service<\/strong> at the station in Halle, on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. During weekends and public holidays, the bicycles are free while stocks last.<\/li>\n<li>People with a <strong>less mobile card<\/strong> can find reserved places at Parking 4 (Dries 3 \u2013 1500 Halle) from Saturday 8 April. The &#8216;Plateauwandeling&#8217; departs from the parking lot to the center of the forest. The course is marked with poles with a &#8216;white-black&#8217; head. There are rest benches at regular intervals.<\/li>\n<li>From Saturday 8 April to Sunday 7 May there are <strong>toilet cabins<\/strong> at Parking 1 (Hogebermweg), Parking 2 (Bosmuseum) and Parking 8 (Achtdreven). There is a <strong>toilet car<\/strong> at the Bospaviljoen.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>dog free field<\/strong> next to Parking 1 (Hogebermweg) has been temporarily reduced.<\/li>\n<li>For those who come by <strong>motorhome<\/strong>: it is not allowed to stay overnight in the parking spaces of the Hallerbos. The statutory overnight place for campers is in the <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/J2QCNUrS6YcjTL1N9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eug\u00e8ne Ysayestraat &#8211; 1500 Halle<\/a>, 2.1 km from the forest.<\/li>\n<li>The use of drones is not allowed in the forest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hallerbos.be\/downloads\/2023-04-03_hyacintenfolder_overzichtskaart.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Map for reaching Parking 1 en 11 (download)<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hallerbos.be\/downloads\/2023-04-03_hyacintenfolder_wandelkaart.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Map with marked bluebellwalks and location toilets and bicycle sheds (download)<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:15px;width:100%;\"><div class=\"fusion-separator-border sep-single sep-solid\" style=\"--awb-height:20px;--awb-amount:20px;border-color:#e0dede;border-top-width:1px;\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p><strong>Did you know &#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bluebells are delicate and easily damaged, especially if they\u2019re trodden on. Damage can prevent the leaves from photosynthesizing, causing the plant to die back. Bluebells take many years to get established, so minor damage can have long-lasting impact. Help to look after the bluebells by sticking to the official pathways. By doing so you do not compact the soil and new plants can germinate.
